Recommendations

Change AC filter monthly
Do not have hoses hooked up during freezing temperatures
Unhook hoses if temperatures are to be below 45 degrees
Bi-annual heat & air maintenance program
Seal driveways and all concrete annually to help prolong concrete from salt and ice erosion
Caulk exterior windows, doors, and any other applicable places annually
Make sure drainage from downspouts and yard flow away from house
